Sarah Trenalone is the recipe developer, writer, photographer, and personality behind the Champagne Tastes food blog.
Sarah Trenalone created Champagne Tastes as a resource for anyone wants to use/eat fewer processed foods, explore fermentation, and/or eat outdoors. Her recipes support a healthier, greener, more homegrown lifestyle. Expect to see lots of vegetables and seafood, along with a little bourbon.
Champagne Tastes recently expanded from a recipes-only site to include tutorials on bourbon, fermentation, glamping (glamour camping), and even hiking the Grand Canyon. Some of Sarah’s most popular guides include “How to Make Kombucha,” “How to Drink Bourbon,” and “Honeysuckle Simple Syrup.”
Sarah and her husband live near the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, and together they enjoy bourbon tasting, hiking in the National Parks, and wine tasting in Italy.
Sarah’s kitchen is always overflowing with fermentation science experiments and her windowsills house her ever-growing orchid collection.
