Elaine Benoit is a food photographer, recipe developer and blogger at Dishes Delish and a podcast host at Dishing with Delishes.
Elaine Benoit started blogging in the summer of 2015, shortly before she turned 53 years old. (It’s never too late too succeed!) She is a firm believer in marching to the beat of her own drum and letting life be what it will be.
Elaine launched the Dishing with Delishes podcast in the fall of 2017 to help her fellow food bloggers feel a sense of community and grow their businesses. The podcast features successful food bloggers and business people with expertise relevant to food and lifestyle blogging.
Elaine loves to cook, loves to eat and loves a good cocktail, preferably a Grey Goose, dirty martini!

So fun to listen, Lainey! I’m with you on the funny titles. I’m hiding old posts with titles like Silent Salmon (say whaaat?), Chickens Lie – Eggs Came First, Chicken of the Sea, and Good Things Come to Those Who Wait (lamb shanks recipe), just to name a few. LOL What in the world was I thinking?
Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Thanks Jas!! I love those titles! I have too many doozy’s to count and it’s rather embarrassing but it shows that we learn and grow. I just chuckle now when I come upon one. Thank you for your comment!
